The Private Sector Development (PSD) department mainly focuses on Startups and MSMEs, with the main activities being training, evaluating, and following up on the progress of the enterprises. MSMEs and Startups are the backbone of the economy, and Pragma wants to be actively engaged in the ecosystem to create an enabling environment.

We work to create an enabling ecosystem for entrepreneurs through training/workshops, evaluation of their businesses, and facilitation of funding opportunities.

As a Business Advisory Services Provider (BASP) operating in Ethiopia, we support the enterprise development of small, medium, and large companies, especially in the manufacturing, agro-processing, and ICT/Digital sectors.
